Carmen Jewel Jones is a professional theatre actor, choreographer and voice over artist. She received her BFA in Theatre Performance from The University of Texas at Arlington. Carmen has numerous regional and touring theatre credits to her name.
Carmen stepped off the stage and sat behind the microphone to begin her work in voice over at Reading and Radio Resources as the host of NTRB’s “The Saturday Evening Post with Carmen Jones”. Most days you can now find her behind the mic living out her childhood dream of “living in the books” as an audiobook narrator.
She has voiced commercials and video games as well museum exhibits for the Philadelphia Waterworks and the Getty Museum.
Carmen's alto voice has been described as calm and soothing with a smooth delivery that brings energy and excitement to the stories that she narrates.
And character voices are her specialty!

I love the way Carmen Jewel Jones brought my characters to life. She had just the right amount of tension in her reading to add to my mystery. Great job!
